Job summary

Atrium Health's Electrophysiology department in Winston-Salem is seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor with an associate degree and EP lab experience to lead daily operations, ensure patient safety, and support physicians and staff.

The role requires an active NC RN license along with CPR and ACLS, and involves coordinating equipment, maintaining standards, and delivering age-appropriate care across pediatric to geriatric patients; schedule is 40 hours/week with varying days.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing with three EP lab years and one year supervisory experience.
• Current RN license, CPR, and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to communicate with physicians and staff about patient care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure readiness of equipment and supplies in the EP lab and respond to emergencies.
• Provide a safe, compassionate environment and age-appropriate care across patient groups.
• Coordinate departmental functions and promote staff development and clinical competencies.
• Participate in electrophysiology procedures and maintain licensure/certification requirements.
• Ensure adherence to JCAHO and regulatory standards and promote effective communication.
