Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Montana is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in our senior living communities. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff and ensure care plans meet regulatory standards while supporting residents and families.

This full-time role includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a variety of day/evening/night shifts to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Must meet state and federal requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Lead licensed and non-professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete assessments and update care plans with provider orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Maintain safe, clean nursing areas and ensure compliance with policies.
