Job summary

Southern Pain and Spine is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Nurse (Charge Nurse) for our Ambulatory Surgery practice in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role combines leadership with hands-on patient care in a fast-paced setting, Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM and Friday half-day.

You will coordinate daily staffing, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians to ensure efficient pre-op, intraoperative, and recovery care, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing and clinical workflow.
• Mentor nursing and support staff as a clinical resource.
• Coordinate care with patients, families and physicians.
• Provide nursing care across pre-op, procedural and recovery phases.
• Document findings in the EHR and ensure safety and quality.
