Job summary

PainPoint Health in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for our Ambulatory Surgery center. This full-time role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care to coordinate the surgical continuum and support safe, efficient operations.

You will oversee daily staffing and workflow, serve as a clinical resource for nurses and support staff, supervise others, and document patient assessments.

Qualifications

• ADN required and active RN license.
• BLS certification and ACLS certification required.
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership while coordinating patient care across the surgical continuum.
• Oversee daily clinical activities, staffing, and workflow.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and support staff.
• Supervise support personnel and reinforce clinical protocols.
• Assess patients, monitor responses, and document findings.
• Care for patients in pre-op, procedural, and recovery stages.
• Collaborate with patients and families to promote positive outcomes.
• Support quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives.
