Job summary

Southern Pain and Spine is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate daily clinical operations while staying hands-on with patient care in the Ambulatory Surgery setting. You will work closely with physicians and staff to promote efficient workflows and high standards throughout the surgical process.

The role requires an ADN, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS, with leadership and strong communication as key assets.

Qualifications

• ADN required with active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center or pain management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing and clinical workflow.
• Mentor nursing and support staff.
• Provide nursing care across pre-operative, procedural, and recovery phases.
• Document findings in the EHR.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient safety.
