Job summary

Eversource Energy in Hooksett, NH, seeks a senior leader to head the Transmission Project Controls Risk Management and Earned Value Management (EVM) team. You will supervise Project Controls Analysts and Specialists, developing dashboards, reports, and procedures to proactively manage risk and EVM for the Transmission Organization.

The role requires a strong background in project management, risk, finance and analytics, with 10+ years of experience and at least 1 year in leadership; PMP/RMP/ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, IT, accounting, finance, business/management or related degree is required.
• Equivalency considered in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced degree in related field highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Project Controls Analysts and Specialists.
• Develop, maintain and report KPI’s for risk and EVM performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
