Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a senior leader to manage the Transmission Project Controls Risk Management and EVM team in Hooksett, NH. You will guide a team of analysts to develop standards, dashboards, and reports that drive risk mitigation and performance improvements across projects.

The role requires deep experience in risk, EVM, and project controls, with collaboration across engineering, procurement, and planning functions. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project management principles and leadership in delivery roles.
• Knowledge of risk management, EVM, finance and analytics.
• Experience implementing systems and data migration from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Project Controls Analysts to support risk management and EVM.
• Develop procedures, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPI and performance.
• Maintain and update PRM/EVM plans with stakeholders; ensure timely deliverables.
