Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a crew of maintenance workers along Town Right-of-Ways and properties; directs work.
• Coordinates daily field operations and staffing with the supervisor.
• Operates vehicles and equipment including mowers, dump trucks, and tractors.
• Responds to inclement weather, including snow removal and debris cleanup.
• Completes work orders and minor paperwork; performs basic repairs when needed.
