Qualifications

• 1–3 years rigging, machinery moving, or machinery installation experience.
• 2+ years experience in leading a crew or foreman role in rigging or machinery moving.
• Ability to read drawings and lift plans.
• Willing to travel, overtime, and weekends when needed.
• Requires valid driver's license and successful background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on machinery-moving, rigging, and installation jobs.
• Work hands-on with lifting gear and heavy equipment.
• Plan lifts, give direction, and ensure safe work practices.
• Load, move, set, and align machines and equipment.
• Read and follow lift plans and drawings.
• Complete basic job paperwork and communicate with customers.
• Travel to different job sites as required.
