Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and successful background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Description Summary:

Seeking an experienced working foreman to lead a rigging and machinery-installation crew in our Greensboro, NC location. You'll be on job sites every day - running the crew, loading, lifting, moving, and setting heavy equipment.

Our work is primarily in the local and regional area - not the type of long‑term, out-of‑state travel done by large contractors. You'll travel to different customer sites as needed, mostly doing day‑work and may include overnight travel stay(s) to the site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew on machinery-moving, rigging, and installation jobs
• Work hands‑on with forklifts, cranes, skates, jacks, and rigging gear
• Plan lifts, give direction, and make sure work is done safely
• Load, move, set, and align machines and equipment
• Read and follow lift plans, drawings, and layouts
• Fill out basic job paperwork and talk with customers as needed
• Travel to different job sites when required

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 1–3 years rigging, machinery moving, or machinery installation experience
• 2+ years experience in leading a crew or working as a foreman in rigging, machinery moving or machinery installation is required
• Able to read simple drawings and lift plans
• Willing to travel, work overtime, and weekends when needed
• Requires successful background, MVR and drug screening
• Must currently hold a valid driver's license
