Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in rigging, machinery moving, or related industrial work.
  • 2+ years of leadership or foreman experience.
  • Ability to read lift plans, blueprints, and layouts.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally; strong safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew on machinery moving, rigging, equipment installation, and plant relocation projects.
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, machinery skates, jacks, chain falls, hoists, and other rigging equipment.
  • Plan lifts, direct crew members, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Load, move, position, level, and align industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Read and interpret lift plans, blueprints, layouts, and drawings.
  • Communicate with customers and complete daily job documentation.
  • Travel to customer job sites as required.
  • Work overtime and weekends when necessary.
