Legends Global Moscone Center San Francisco is seeking an RIC Lead to plan and execute the kitchen staging process, using reports to organize production and proactively addressing issues such as shorts or incorrect products, while supporting the RIC Supervisor in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and storage.
• Able to operate basic kitchen equipment.
• Follow directions and effectively perform the work required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Walk, stand and lift for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• PC basics including Excel/Word; CBORD knowledge a plus.
• Must be a member in good standing of the local Union.

Position Summary

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires the ability to problem solve and to interact with all levels of staff, including management. Hours and weekly schedule vary due to function needs. Employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to withstand loud noise and temperature changes in the environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have working knowledge of proper food handling and storage
• Ability to use, maintain, and train others in the use of basic food service and kitchen equipment.
• Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work required.
• Must know how to operate a 10-key calculator.
• Must be able to lift, push/pull or carry up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand and lift for reasonable periods of time.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic knowledge of PC applications such as Excel and Word, CBORD System a plus.
• Must have a pleasant personality and neat appearance.
• Must be a member in good standing of the local Union.
