Job summary

DWS Group is seeking a Team Lead Relationship Management, Head of RIA Enterprise. Remote - West in the US. You will lead relationship managers, drive sales, and oversee key clients across the Americas Wealth platform.

You will coordinate with ETF and product specialists, maintain knowledge of investment products, and mentor a team to achieve ambitious targets while supporting client needs and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Strong investigative abilities and teamwork are required.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, AUM retention and client relationship management with financial advisor professionals for the Americas Wealth platform.
• Lead oversight over key clients in partnership with RMs (Relationship Manager) team.
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers and coordinate cross-functional internal teams.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of DWS investment products and global investment views.
• Collaborate with ETF, alternative, wholesale, product specialists to hit multi-line sales targets.
• Deliver the DWS value proposition to deepen ongoing client relationships.
