Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in RFIC design, extensive Cadence experience and expertise in RF measurements, EM simulation, and parasitic mitigation. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-performance products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in switch, LNA and/or RFIC design.
• Cadence expertise including layout and multiple simulation techniques.
• Familiar with parasitic mitigation from package/PCB using EM tools such as HFSS or ADS FEM.
• Proficient in RF measurements (S-parameters, noise figure, harmonics, IMD).
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform transistor-level RFIC design and development of RF switches and/or LNAs for cellular applications.
• Support analog block design (charge pumps, LDOs, level shifters, bandgaps).
• Manage design trade-offs on performance, size, cost and schedule.
• Operate RF test equipment and troubleshoot measurement issues.
• Present design work in peer reviews and update the team on progress.
• Develop and execute project schedules to bring products to market on time.
