Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Lead Engineer Technician II to support the MMIC Technology Center in Richardson, TX. You will calibrate and test MMICs/MCMs using advanced RF equipment, perform failure analysis, and document results for production transfer.

You will work on GaN/GaAs MMICs for defense applications, collaborating with engineering to transition designs to production and manage lab operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years RF experience and strong ability to read schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF characterization of MMICs and MCMs, including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and signal control devices.
