Qualifications
- Experience in RF MMIC development and NPI processes.
- Strong modeling and simulation ability for RF circuits.
- Ability to lead design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative cross-functional work across systems, packaging, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Drive RF MMIC NPI from concept to high-volume production.
- Develop architecture and feasibility studies for GaN and GaAs MMICs.
- Perform detailed modeling, simulations, and analyses.
- Lead or support design reviews with customers.
- Support mask release, test readiness, and design validation.
- Bridge design and production by correlating simulations with measurements.
- Improve yield and ensure reliability and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors; prepare technical reports.
- Assist IR&D efforts and apply standards across lifecycle.
