Job summary

STR is seeking a Lead System Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer in Woburn, MA to drive integration and test of advanced multi-function RF systems. The I&T Engineer should build test sets, develop test software, and verify interfaces against requirements in both lab and field environments.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a technical field, 7+ years in I&T, RF testing experience, and an active DoD clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of I&T experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware test sets and test software.
• Perform subsystem and system-level integration and testing in lab and field environments.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings; participate in SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS, TRRs.
• Document and execute test plans and procedures; communicate test results and metrics.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure system compliance with requirements.
