KRUSH Tech seeks a Lead RF Systems Engineer to drive architecture, development, and delivery of advanced RF and telecommunications systems for defense applications. The role requires defining system architecture, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-reliability products in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of professional RF, microwave, or telecommunications engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF and telecommunications system architectures at product and platform levels.
• Lead and mentor RF engineering teams from concept through production.
• Define and govern validation strategies, test plans, and design reviews.
• Balance performance, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FCC, ETSI, and related regulatory standards.
• Make independent technical decisions and drive architecture evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and contribute to engineering hiring and talent development.
