Job summary

KRUSH Tech seeks a Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to build a next-generation aerospace organization focused on advanced UAS, autonomy, sensing, and scalable manufacturing. You will own electrical system architecture and guide multidisciplinary hardware development from concept through production readiness.

You will partner with Mechanical, Embedded Software, RF, and Manufacturing teams to ensure high-performance, reliable electronics that meet aerospace and defense requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Digital electronics expertise with UART, SPI, I2C, RS-485, USB 2.0, Ethernet, LVDS and analog design.
• Experience with multi-rail power architectures, front ends, ADCs/DACs, and low-noise HW.
• Circuit simulation, debugging, and product verification across lifecycles.
• RF principles, IPC standards, DFM/DFT practices.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and deliver from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Engineering team with technical direction and project oversight.
• Own electrical system architecture for advanced UAS platforms.
• Drive hardware development from concept to production release.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and root-cause investigations.
• Define hardware validation plans, test strategies, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Mechanical, Embedded Software, RF, and QA.
