Job summary

Ixana in Indiana is seeking a senior RFIC designer to lead the design, verification, and integration of analog and mixed‑signal IPs into Wi‑Fi/RF SoCs. You will own RF IC development from architecture to post‑silicon bring‑up and drive high‑impact technical decisions.

Collaborate across firmware, digital, and board teams to optimize performance, mentor junior engineers, publish findings with conference‑level rigor, and help shape long‑term technical strategy.

Qualifications

PhD in Analog/Mixed-Signal Design or MS + 7+ years industry experience.
Experience leading 2+ analog/mixed-signal tapeouts.
Expertise in wireless communication ICs.
Publications in ISSCC/JSSC/CICC or equivalent chip-lead experience.

Responsibilities

Lead design, verification, and integration of analog/mixed-signal IPs into Wi-R SoCs.
Own RF IC development from architecture to post-silicon bring-up.
Collaborate with firmware, digital, and board teams for performance.
Mentor junior engineers and drive long-term technical strategy.
Publish and document work with conference-level rigor.
