Job summary

Tampa Microwave seeks a Production Test Technician III in Clearwater, FL. The role supports the production team, conducting RF, analog and digital testing, calibration, and tuning to ensure on-time weekly and monthly shipments.

Responsibilities include training staff, improving test processes, and maintaining equipment per released documents. Some travel may be required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Level Security Clearance on hire.
• Minimum of an AS degree or military equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in integration and test of complex digital/microwave hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide test and problem-solving skills to help meet monthly and weekly shipment goals.
• Brief management on issues related to training, tools, test equipment and documentation affecting orders.
• Participate in onboarding and training of temporary and permanent technician personnel.
