Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Test Technician Level 3 at our Woburn, MA site to perform operational testing on RF and microwave production components, including setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting under supervision.

You will work on low to medium complexity hardware, support production and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery, and maintain quality standards with attention to detail and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing/electronics environment.
• Knowledge of equipment used in Test functions in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping, ERP systems, routing).
• Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
• Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.
• Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Determine compliance to test specifications using drawings and procedures.
• Assist in selecting and setting up specialized test equipment.
• Provide guidance to entry level production test technicians and support workers.
• Measure medium complexity hardware.
• Maintain required certifications.
• Support CAES 6S framework and participate in 6S initiatives.
