Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Yorba Linda, CA, on-site. The candidate will drive RF system architecture from customer requirements, coordinate with software, ASIC, and test teams, and develop qualification plans to ensure the architecture meets all requirements.

A strong background in GPS-related RF design is required. Responsibilities include leading design reviews, interfacing with program leadership, and managing requirements in line with program budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 9+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years, or 13+ years if no degree.
• Experience with RF analog/digital design for low/high frequency.
• Security clearance (must be Secret or ability to obtain).
• Proficiency in circuit design, verification plans, and CDRLs for government programs.
• Proven leadership in product design teams and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Engineer to derive requirements from customer needs and define architecture for RF/GPS system.
• Develop qualification test plans to verify architecture against requirements.
• Collaborate with software, ASIC, test, and hardware teams to flow down requirements.
• Prepare and present program technical reviews and status updates.
• Interface with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
