Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Project Foreman to oversee on-site installation and management of cellular and public safety DAS, BDA, DRAN, and Rooftop Small Cell systems.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with customers, and drive projects from inception to close-out while ensuring adherence to standards. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of RF in-building experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• RF in-building systems knowledge and experience.
• Ability to lead field teams including subcontractors.
• Familiar with RF testing devices and fiber/coax installations.
• Strong safety and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage timelines, safety, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and Market Manager on progress.
• Review time logs and ensure installations meet standards.
• Travel as needed to project sites.
