Job summary

Pierson Wireless Corp. is seeking a Project Foreman to manage and install cellular and public safety In-Building DAS, BDA, DRAN, and Rooftop Small Cell systems. You will lead field teams and subcontractors, ensuring on-time, quality installations and adherence to safety standards.

You will coordinate with the Market Manager and Program Coordinator, review project progress, and support RF/optical distribution and DAS commissioning as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Experience with RF in-building systems is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Detail-oriented and results-driven, knowledgeable in RF/optical distribution of RF signals.
Familiar with installation and termination of coax and fiber optics; oversee on-site teams and subcontractors.
Review installations for accuracy and efficiency; ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate with customers and Market Manager; manage project timelines and documentation.
Travel as needed to support company activities.
