Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience.
3+ years of experience supporting RF or antenna hardware or antenna electronics in development or production environments
Support hands-on onsite work in lab and manufacturing settings

Responsibilities

Uses yield, first pass yield, cycle time, and defect trends to improve processes.
Provides staffing, work assignment, coaching, and performance management for technicians.
Oversees daily technical support for antenna hardware and electronics, including radome and antenna assembly.
Collaborates with RF/antenna design, test, quality, and supply chain for flight and IRAD hardware.
