Responsibilities

• Leads a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for antenna development, integration, build and test from prototype through production.
• Oversees daily technical support for antenna hardware and electronics in lab and production settings.
• Partners with RF/antenna design and QA/Supply Chain teams to execute on flight and IRAD hardware.
• Uses performance data (yield, cycle time, defects) to improve processes and standardize work.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
