• Hands‑on onsite work in lab and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads a hands‑on manufacturing team responsible for antenna development, integration, build, and test from prototype through production.
• Uses performance data to improve processes and standardize work.
• Provides staffing, coaching, and performance management for technicians in a safe, high‑performance environment.
• Oversees daily technical support for antenna hardware and electronics, including radome, wing, and antenna assemblies with machine shop support.
• Partners with RF/antenna design and related teams to execute on flight and IRAD hardware.
