Qualifikationen

• Experience with the precast concrete design industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit modeling software (5+ years).
• Experience in AutoCAD a plus.
• Associate's degree in related field a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Create precast models using Revit.
• Coordinate with the client as well as other engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate drafting team activities necessary to complete projects.
• Handle project assignments and work schedules.
• Detail structural systems for commercial and manufacturing facilities (steel, concrete, masonry); precast experience a plus.
• Manage client projects as they pertain to precast drafting.
• Supervise and check the work of structural designers and sub-consultants.
• Coordinate technical project requirements with project team members and clients.
