In partnership with the Store Manager, you will develop a high-performance team while upholding our brand values, policies, and standards.

The role covers Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising. Responsibilities include coaching associates, planning daily tasks, recruiting talent, and ensuring loss

• Ability to provide on-the-spot coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Plan and prioritize according to business needs.

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership in a fast-paced retail setting preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
