Responsibilities

• Creates a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns and partner with store manager on escalations.
• Participates in training for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge and policies.
• Coach and set expectations with store team to foster engagement and retention.
• Oversees cash handling and merchandise operations, ensuring decorum and policy adherence.
• Collaborates with Store Manager to adjust strategies to meet sales goals daily.
• Supervises the store team in the absence of management and follows policy.
