Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a dynamic Store Supervisor to lead a team and deliver a compelling retail experience. You will coach associates, manage daily store operations, and ensure high standards of customer service to drive brand equity and sales.

The role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a focus on inclusivity and team development.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.
• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors to associates.
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and satisfaction goals.
• Train new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, and policies.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and coach for engagement, retention and performance.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Assist in meeting or exceeding store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.
