Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Westfield Culver City location in Culver City, CA. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience across omnichannel initiatives.

You’ll train staff, manage daily operations, ensure merchandising standards, and maintain safety. The role requires energy, strong communication, and a passion for active lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of management experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle brands and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store Associates to engage customers effectively.
• Drive in-store and omnichannel customer engagement and events.
• Manage daily store activities to align with sales goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising standards to enhance the customer journey.
• Aim to meet/exceed store objectives for performance and productivity.
• Uphold safety and security standards and address issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory and restocking as needed.
