Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team. The Assistant Salon Director will drive store performance, deliver client-centric service, and supervise Tanning Consultants to meet company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and a passion for team development. You should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a commitment to outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Experience in management or sales preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Coach and mentor team members; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Generate sales reports and assist with revenue goals.
• Oversee labor costs while maximizing productivity.
