Job summary

Asurion is looking for a Lead Tech in Cranberry Township, PA to diagnose and repair electronics, while guiding a team to deliver customer-focused service. You’ll supervise, train, and coach techs, with potential to act as store manager and drive team success.

The role emphasizes serving, solving, and selling with strong inventory oversight, safety practices, and daily completion of service orders. Starting pay is $19/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position – at least 1 year.
• Previous experience with product service support or technology repair with inventory management skills – at least 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred not required).
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals.
• Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility to work retail store hours including weekends and holidays.

• Balance different front and back of house responsibilities
• Step into leadership as you supervise, train and coach our tech experts, standing in as store manager when needed, and driving team success with enthusiasm.
• Maintain high standards by overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day.
• Innovate and organize by managing inventory, overseeing buybacks and return authorizations, and ensuring safety standards are met with the proper use of PPE supplies.
