Job summary

The Eastwood Company, based in Pasadena, seeks a Lead Retail Sales Associate to partner with the Store Manager and drive the Pasadena store’s sales and customer service excellence.

You will open/close the store, coach sales associates, manage cash and inventory, and ensure merchandising standards are upheld while also supporting hiring and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching others
• Auto restoration experience or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with computers and systems
• Previous cashiering experience helpful

The Eastwood Company is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager in leading the Pasadena Retail Store team to achieve results.

Working with the Store Manager, the Lead will:

• Open and close the store according to company procedures

Other important information:

• base pay,$17- $23per hour,plus incentives
• schedule will be within 7am-7pm weekdays and 8am-6pm on weekends
