MISSION STATEMENT

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside* Framingham, MA, will advise customers (recreational, medicinal, caregivers) on cannabis products, acting as an ambassador of our mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will exemplify customer service, product knowledge, and compliance, assist in onboarding and training new hires, and ensure adherence to all regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Experience leading and managing a team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Strong retail fundamentals, including effective scheduling, sales trend analysis, and reporting.
• Conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in talent management and team development.
• Customer service experience in a dynamic environment, with problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills.

WORK SCHEDULE

Our dispensaries are open 7 days a week; flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays is required.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain compliance and organized inventory.
• Support onboarding, training, and store operations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical knowledge skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

PAY RANGE
