Job Overview: The Lead Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service and support the General Manager in all retail operations to ensure the store runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management.
• Perform open and close duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to participate in the succession program.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
