You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, developing leadership skills and understanding how decisions impact customer experience and store results.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program.
• Expect to complete degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
