Job summary

RaceTrac seeks a Lead Image Technician to guide the Image Crew across approximately 40 RaceTrac stores within the region. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, painting, and facility-image tasks, reporting larger needs through Service Channel.

The role is based at the Allen home store and involves driving the crew vehicle and leading a hands-on team. You will need strong leadership, tool proficiency, and experience with retail maintenance, plus the ability to lift heavy loads and work

Qualifications

Four or more years of relevant work experience preferred.
Comfort using common hand and power tools and basic office equipment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
General maintenance knowledge and familiarity with repair procedures preferred.
Experience supporting maintenance needs in a retail environment preferred.
Maintenance or repair certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Image Crew and provide day-to-day directions to the Image Technician.
Serve as primary driver of the crew vehicle.
Inspect buildings and structures to identify malfunctions and repair needs.
Perform minor electrical maintenance (switches, outlets, bulbs, tubes, fuses, cords).
Perform minor plumbing maintenance (drains, faucets, hoses).
Complete minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
Prepare and paint walls, appliances, floors, doors, and structures.
Order parts, maintain inventory, and document work.
Report equipment repairs through Service Channel.
Follow RaceTrac safety policies and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
