Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an Image Technician to maintain the appearance, functionality, and condition of ~40 RaceTrac stores within the region. The role includes routine maintenance, painting, minor repairs, and reporting larger repairs through our system.

The position is based at the Garland, TX area with responsibilities across the home store and designated sites. Candidates should have basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills and be comfortable using common tools.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Comfort using common hand and power tools.
• Experience supporting maintenance needs in a retail environment is preferred.
• Maintenance or repair certifications are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance, functionality and condition of RaceTrac stores.
• Inspect buildings to identify malfunctions and repair needs.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Prepare and paint walls, floors, ceilings and fixtures.
• Order parts, maintain inventory and document activities.
• Report repairs through Service Channel and follow safety policies.
• Support other duties as assigned.
