Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Lead Image Technician to supervise the Image Crew and maintain the appearance and condition of about 40 RaceTrac stores in the region.

The role reports on-site from the Fort Myers area and includes duties from routine maintenance to minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks. You will order parts, manage inventory, and report larger repair needs via Service Channel while adhering to RaceTrac safety policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Retail maintenance experience preferred.
• Maintenance or repair certifications are preferred.
• Ability to lead an Image Crew with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and frequently adjust posture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Image Crew and provide day-to-day directions to the Image Technician.
• Inspect buildings and structures to identify malfunctions and repair needs.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Complete minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
• Prepare and paint walls, refrigerators, floors, doors, and other structures.
• Order parts and maintain inventory; document work.
• Report repairs through Service Channel and follow safety policies.
