POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Consultant is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing information, recommending products and services, producing complex orders, operating equipment, managing production processes, and providing leadership and support to colleagues. The role requires consultative skills, problem-solving, and may involve guiding team members and resolving escalated customer issues.
