Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Canton, MI is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support store operations and leadership. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth daily store functions.

You will assist with opening/closing procedures, banking, and inventory turnover while guiding staff in the absence of management. The position is full-time with evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service skills required.
• Experience leading team or staff preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support management with product sales and acquisition
