Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; handle payments and bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate items; build displays and follow planograms.
• Clean the store; manage trash, floors, restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
