You will unload trucks, stock shelves, operate the cash register, and assist customers while ensuring a clean, safe store environment and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical ability for daily cash handling and change making.
• Knowledge of cashier accountability and deposit controls.
• Experience operating IBM cash registers and related POS hardware.
• Familiarity with safety policies and store security practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandising guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and support to store team.
• Unload, stock and display merchandise; rotate stock and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate cash register, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Ensure store security, cash control and loss prevention procedures.
