Job summary

PuroClean Lead Technician position overseeing disaster response and crisis management for water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup. You will explain restoration steps to customers and lead technicians on job sites, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.

Requires 2+ years field experience and IICRC WRT certification, plus FSRT or ASD. Opportunities for advancement with aggressive pay and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of field experience.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification required, and one of the following: IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
• To be eligible for higher pay rate all 3 certifications and a minimum of 2 years of field experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicating the restoration process clearly to customers
• Providing daily updates to insurance partners and centers of influence
• Assessing job severity and evaluating the extent of damages
• Understanding and promoting the company’s operational systems, including: CRM, Xactimate, Mitigate
• Training new employees on technician responsibilities and company procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Wearing the company-provided uniform as required
• Fostering a strong team culture among field operations staff and across the organization
