United Water Restoration Group of South Florida (UWRGS) is seeking a Lead Technician to assess damage, guide insurance claims, and supervise remediation activities for water, fire, and mold projects. You will engage homeowners and business owners, schedule visits, and ensure compliance with IICRC S500 standards.

The role requires 3+ years as a certified field technician, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a certified field technician.
• Knowledge of Water/Fire/Mold Restoration business.
• Willing to respond to on-call and after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment as the top priority.
• Communicate clearly with customers and insurance representatives.
• Lead and supervise remediation processes (extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning).
• Document progress with notes, photos, and readings in PSA/DASH systems.
