Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Lead Technician II in Phoenix, AZ to guide a crew through mitigation and environmental projects from start to finish. The role reports to the Supervisor and may be co-managed by the Project or Branch Manager, with cross-department collaboration to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a lead technician in restoration, be fluent in English, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong customer service and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in lead technician role in restoration/mitigation.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass respirator fit test and safety trainings.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 or more technicians through restoration projects.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager, Project Manager and Supervisor on schedules and scope changes.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA/EPA standards are followed.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies; complete timecards and job notes.
• Mentor and train technicians to develop skills and quality workmanship.
• Prepare and submit detailed project documentation for billing.
