The hourly rate depends on the cost of living in the respective territory and previous experience or certifications, ranging from $18 to $29 per hour. Eager candidates can potentially earn between $3,000 and $10,000 annually in overtime.

Duties & Responsibilities:

An Emergency Services Lead Technician plays a vital role in providing restoration services. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing small or large teams safely and effectively mitigating damages
2. Delivering excellent customer service with attention to detail and technical expertise
3. Performing water restoration and mold remediation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes
4. Scheduling and coordinating services to ensure timely delivery
5. Identifying safety hazards and implementing measures to protect occupants and workers
6. Completing job scope, moisture mapping, documentation, and paperwork
7. Loading equipment, products, and supplies for each project
8. Preparing work areas, setting up staging, containment, and equipment
9. Leaving job sites clean and organized
10. Performing additional duties and cross-training as needed

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in restoration required
• IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT
• Willingness to work in dirty environments
• Empathy, friendliness, and a positive attitude
• Desire to learn and grow in the restoration industry
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable standing/walking for long periods, working at heights, and in confined spaces with PPE
• Ability to pass drug testing and background checks
• Availability for full-time work, overtime, on-call rotations, and travel
